Our monthly woodturning club meeting kicks off with Show-and-Tell at 6:00 pm, followed by the regular meeting from 6:30 pm to 8:30 pm.
Show-and-Tell is your chance to bring in your latest project or a work-in-progress and share the story behind it. It’s also a relaxed time to chat, exchange ideas, and connect with fellow woodturners before the meeting begins. There’s always something new to see, learn, and be inspired by.
The meeting starts with a brief update on current club activities and announcements, followed by a woodturning demonstration. Each month features a different topic or technique, offering fresh ideas and practical skills you can take back to your own shop.
Prospective members are always welcome. Come see what our club is all about, and be sure to introduce yourself to one of our club officers—we’ll be happy to answer your questions and help you get started.
For this month's demonstration, Larry Nixon will show how to make your items pop with this easy to do painting effect.
