Parfix 3408 CA glue is a medical-grade superglue that works great as a finish for woodturners. 3408 takes much longer to set than normal CA. The 3408 will set in 25-40 seconds rather than the 3-5 seconds of regular CA. This gives the woodturner additional time to apply and smooth an even finish across the piece. Buffing with Vonax buffing compound brings out the true shine that rivals any wipe-on poly finish. 3408 is a thin viscosity best used as a finish or filling very small voids or shallow cracks. It has similar consistency to water.
